My approach is inspired by my Dr. John Launer based medical training and many years as a former award winning GP. It’s a narrative-based approach with ‘conversations inviting change’. Ensuring people benefit from deeper, longer lasting positive outcomes.

My RISE Approach coaching framework

The RISE Approach®️ is my signature coaching framework, developed through years of experience as a GP and transformational coach. It sits at the heart of everything I do, from one-to-one coaching to retreats, online courses, and my self-coaching book.
