The Glow Up Series
For 16 to 21 year old girls determined to set their confidence, self-belief and a positive mindset for life.
You’ve struggled on and off with your confidence most of your life. Missed the opportunity to say what you really believed in meetings, walked out of interviews wishing you’d better articulated just how good you are at what you do, and you’re still overthinking that conversation you had with a friend last week.
For your daughter… you want something different.
For her to be able to stand up for what she believes in. To walk into a room and feel like she belongs there. To stop second-guessing herself before she's even started.
You already see it… the moment she goes quiet when she has something to say. The way she dismisses what she's good at. The opportunities she talks herself out of before she's even tried.
She's bright, funny, thoughtful and full of potential.
She just can't quite see it yet.
That's exactly why the Glow Up Series exists for your daughter.
Not to change who she is… to help her recognise who she already is. Earlier than you did.
Because confidence and self-belief should not take until midlife to figure out.
What is The Glow Up Series?
The Glow Up series is a collection of short online courses designed specifically for girls aged 16 to 21… each one 7 days, 15 minutes a day. Designed to help them set and build their confidence, identity, self-belief and a positive mindset for life.
The courses combine short videos with practical workbook exercises using the same proven coaching techniques I have developed through years of working with hundreds of women around confidence, strengths, identity and self-trust.
With a teenage daughter of my own, it’s a series very close to my heart. It contains all the messages and early mindset shifts that I’m imparting on my own daughter as a confidence and career coach. It’s also the result of the requests I continue to receive from clients and friends… it’s the collection of ‘mini courses’ they want to gift to their daughters.
Glow Up is for your daughter. Gift it to her, or you could even work through it together.
The first two courses in the series are now live

Who is it built for?

compare themselves constantly to others
-
struggle to recognise what they are naturally good at
-
overthink things far more than they need to
-
worry too much about getting things wrong
-

-
want to feel more comfortable being themselves
-
want more confidence in everyday life
Glow Up Your Confidence
7 Days to Set Your Confidence for Life
Confidence isn't something you either have or you don't. It's something you build… and the earlier she starts, the stronger the foundation.
This 7 day mini course gives her the practical tools to
-
understand how confidence actually works,
-
challenge negative self-talk
-
start using her voice more confidently…
-
trust herself more in everyday life
-
build confidence through action
-
and stop letting fear of getting things wrong hold her back quite so much
By the end of the week, she will feel more comfortable speaking up, trust herself more in everyday situations and understand that confidence is a skill you can learn.
15 minutes a day. Tools she’ll use for life.
Glow Up Your Strengths
7 Days to Uncover and Own What You’re Naturally Good At
The women I coach usually have no idea what their strengths are. Because the things they're naturally good at feel so effortless they don't count them as anything special. They have never learnt the skill of identifying and articulating what they are good at.
Your daughter is doing this already.
This 7 day mini course helps her see what she's overlooking. The qualities she dismisses because they come easily. The things she brings to every room she walks into without even realising it.
Throughout the week she will:
-
understand that she’s had strengths blindness
-
recognise what she brings to the table
-
understand what energises her
-
build stronger self-awareness
-
recognise patterns in her natural strengths
-
feel clearer about herself and her future direction
-
know how to confidently share what she’s good at with others
By the end of the course, she will feel much more able to articulate what she is good at and stop dismissing qualities that genuinely matter. Knowing your strengths changes the opportunities you go for, the way you speak about yourself in interviews, in meetings, in life… and the level of trust you have in your own decisions.

How it Works
All girls need is 15 minutes a day for seven days, making the courses realistic to fit around school, university, revision, work, friendships, busy schedules or even summer fun.
Every day includes:
-
one short video lasting no more than 5 minutes
-
one workbook section which includes practical exercises designed to help them apply the tools straight away in real life
The courses can be started at any time and completed at their own pace.
The structure is intentionally simple. I’ve asked just about every 16-21 year old girl I know what format would work and the resounding response was something achievable that they would genuinely complete rather than another overwhelming course left sitting untouched.
Why now?
Because the women I work with in midlife have spent years rebuilding confidence and reconnecting with themselves later in life. And they always comment how they wish they’d learnt the skills I share with them when they were in their teens or early twenties.
The Glow Up series gives your daughter those tools now… to set the skills she needs for her career, relationships and home… for life. Before life happens and other people have a chance to talk her out of them.
Understanding what you are naturally good at changes the way you move through the world. It changes the opportunities you go for, the way you speak about yourself, the risks you are willing to take and the level of trust you have in yourself.
Confidence is not about becoming somebody different. It is about recognising your own value earlier and learning how to stop talking yourself out of it.
